When you purchase the Blueprint, we collect your email address and payment information through our payment processor. We do not store your payment details directly. If you purchase through Etsy, their privacy policy applies to that transaction.
Your email address is used solely to deliver your digital download and to contact you if there is an issue with your order. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
BabyBudget is a digital product delivered as downloadable files (Excel spreadsheet and PDF documents). Once purchased, the files are yours to keep and use indefinitely. As this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final.
The Couple’s Baby Money Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly by download and email. Because the files cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If the product is faulty, is not as described, or you cannot access your files, email hello@baby-budget.com within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or refund you in full — your choice.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your card provider controls how long they take to appear.
