Gather Everything

Even if you never buy the Blueprint, this is yours. A free worksheet for getting your finances in order and building your own budget. By the end, you won’t just know what you have — you’ll have it captured, sorted, and ready to use.

1

Gather

Pull up your bank statements. Use the 60-day trick below to surface every recurring charge.

2

Write it down

For each item, capture the name, amount, how often, and which account. Fill it in as you find it.

3

Sort it

Tag each one: Bill, Subscription, Debt, or Variable. By the end you’ll have a sorted, usable dataset.

The 60-Day Trick

Here’s a head-start you can use right now: log into your bank and search the last 60 days of transactions, then sort by description. Every recurring charge — subscriptions, direct debits, memberships — surfaces at once. Nothing slips through. Do this for every account and card you have, and you’ll have the full picture in minutes.

Sort each item into one of four buckets:

Bill

Fixed, same each time

Subscription

Small recurring charge

Debt

Loans & repayments

Variable

Changes each time

If a category doesn’t apply to you, just tick it off — consider it already sorted.
